SANTA ROSA

Miss Luci's Tea Room & More

Miss Luci's Tea Room & More, a new Southern-style tea room, is set to open in Bagdad's historic Forcade house (6865 N Allen St, Bagdad, FL 32530) in December, owners Luci and David Bailley reported to Business Debut.

The menu will feature around 30 different teas, along with sandwiches, soups, salads, scones, quiches, small desserts, wine and champagne.

WALTON COUNTY

Redd's Pub

According to owner Helen Vizard, Redd's Pub will move to a new location in Santa Rosa Beach in the latter half of October. Vizard, who is known as Redd, provides a space for drinks, bar food and entertainment at her pub.

The new location at 3906 US-98 Unit 1, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 will continue the Redd's Pub legacy, which was established 11 years ago.

BAY COUNTY

Yard Bar Smoked Meats

Texas-style barbecue is making way to Panama City, owner Stephen Counts revealed to Business Debut. The restaurant will open at 445 Grace Ave, Panama City, FL 32401 in late 2024 or early 2025.

WAKULLA

Pizza 98

Pizza 98 is set to open this October at 2543 Crawfordville Hwy, Crawfordville, FL 32327. Owner Ronak Bhatt reported to Business Debut that Pizza 98 will serve pizza, wings, subs and other similar foods for both dine-in and take-out.

SUWANNEE COUNTY

Firehouse Subs

Firehouse Subs in Live Oak is aiming for a grand opening in the second week of November at 6670 US-129 #4, Live Oak, FL 32060, franchisee Amy Fiser shared with Business Debut.

Taqueria Los Cabrones

Taqueria Los Cabrones, a local Live Oak food truck, launched last month, owner Edgar Mondragon reported to Business Debut. Locate them at 1100 Ohio Ave S, Live Oak, FL 32064 and follow the Taqueria Los Cabrones's Facebook.

DUVAL COUNTY

Dark Side of the Spoon

Dark Side of the Spoon, a catering company owned by Patrick Matticker and Matthew Rogers, is expanding its operations with a food truck in Jacksonville, Matticker shared with Business Debut. Their focus is on high-quality tacos.

Kiss My Gritz

Kiss My Gritz, a new Southern-inspired restaurant, is set to hold its grand opening on November 4th, following a soft opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 24th, according to owner Chandra, who goes by "Lady C." Find the restaurant at 142 McCargo St S, Jacksonville, FL 32220.

Neighborhood Munch

Chef Paul Neighbors shared that he is opening his first food business: a hot dog cart called Neighborhood Munch. Expect hot dogs, burgers, Philly Cheesesteaks, chips and drinks at 12635 N Main St Ste 2, Jacksonville, FL 32218.

CLAY COUNTY

Fork Around Food Truck

Fork Around Food Truck, owned by husband-and-wife team Britney Dardar and Jacob McDonald, is set to hit the streets of Clay County soon, serving up a menu of authentic Mexican favorites, including tacos, burritos, nachos, churros, quesadillas and more.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY

Global Bites Food Truck Park

Global Bites, a new food truck park located in St. Augustine (2455 FL-16 in St. Augustine), is set to open very soon, according to co-owner Bhairavi Patel.

They plan to have a total of 18 trucks of all different cuisines, and operators can apply to join here. Follow the brand online for opening updates.

ALACHUA COUNTY

Serendipity Vintage Soda & Sweets

Serendipity, a nostalgic soda and sweets shop owned by John and Matthew Millett, is set to open at 18581 High Springs Main St #30, High Springs, FL 32643 in January 2025. John Millett, who shared the news with Business Debut, revealed that the shop will bring a step-back-in-time experience to downtown High Springs by restoring the original charm of a 130-year-old building, once a pharmacy.

Wild Pie

Wild Pie is currently under construction and is expected to open soon at 309 NW 13th St, Gainesville, FL, according to co-owner Dallas Mesa.

This new location will be an extension of their original Jacksonville restaurant, serving their beloved wild pies, calzones, salads and more. View the full menu on their website.

Bella Cosa Italian Restaurante

Bella Cosa Italian Restaurante, a new concept from area restaurateur Jose Moreno, is set to open in Ocala (5174 NW 26th St, Ocala, FL 34482). Expect to find the new Italian restaurant at the Ocala Palms Country Club by mid-October, Moreno told Business Debut.

Big Man's Cafe

Big Man’s Cafe, a soul food restaurant chain owned by Christian Gerald, is planning to open its second location in Ocala, Gerald reported to Business Debut. The exact address is 9425 SE Maricamp Rd, Ocala, FL 34472.

Lazy Dog Pizza

A wood fired pizza trailer is preparing to open in Ocala soon, attending events around the area, according to owner Larry Bouchey. He expects to open in early November.

CITRUS COUNTY

Stephen's Dream Kitchen Caribbean Cuisine and More

Stephen's Dream Kitchen Caribbean Cuisine and More, a new food truck in Homosassa, is preparing for its official opening on October 8th, which would have been the birthday of its late founder, Stephen. The food truck is now being brought to life by his wife Leah Johnson Gale, and their three boys, who are continuing his legacy after his passing.

HERNANDO COUNTY

Okinawa Ramen and Hibachi

Okinawa Ramen and Hibachi, owned by Chang Dong, is currently under construction at 11166 Spring Hill Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609, Dong reported to Business Debut. The concept is targeting an early December opening.

PASCO COUNTY

Rad Mobile Eats Food Truck

Rad Mobile Eats, owned by Nathan Mikulich, is set to launch in October, bringing gourmet hot dogs and burgers to Pasco County. Patrons can expect to find the truck at events in Zephyrhills, Dade City and Wesley Chapel, Mikulich said.

365 Woodfired Pizza 

365 Woodfired Pizza, owned by Tarek Yordi, is set to open in Wesley Chapel within the next month and a half to two months. Located at 3746 Windcrest Dr, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544, the restaurant will serve woodfired New York-style pizza, wings and pasta, according to Yordi.

VOLUSIA COUNTY

Cast & Crew

Cast & Crew, a seafood centric restaurant from Robert "Bob" Amick of Concentric Restaurants, is opening soon in the Renaissance by Marriott Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel (640 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118). The restaurant will offer upscale dining, a large outdoor bar and live music, Amick reported.

Chupa Pops Artisan Paleteria

Chupa Pops Artisan Paleteria is gearing up to open in Ormond Beach (1744 Ocean Shore Blvd in Ormond Beach) very soon, according to owner Maria Jimenez. Specializing in fresh, handmade treats, the shop will offer a variety of delicious options, including fruit cocktails, fruit bowls, popsicles and aqua frescas.

La Pinsa

La Pinsa, known for its roman pizzas and salads, is now open at 306 W Wisconsin Ave, DeLand, FL 32720. The venue will be part of a new food hall concept in a former church building, according to Angela Miller, Director of Project Management with Parker Stark.

Northwest Square

Northwest Square, an adaptive reuse of the historic Trinity United Methodist Church, opened at 306 W Wisconsin Ave, DeLand, FL 32720 in late September.

Owned by Chris and Jessica Levings, the project brings a mix of dining, retail, apartments, and a full commercial commissary kitchen to the community, Jessica Levings shared with Business Debut.

Your Pie

Your Pie, a build-your-own pizza franchise, is preparing to open a new location at 1474 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Franchisee Bimal Patel shared that they are hoping to open the new location in January.

LAKE COUNTY

DJ’s Snack Shack

DJ’s Snack Shack, a new food trailer, is now open in Lake County, according to owner Deborah Hartog. The menu will feature classic American favorites such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, specialty hot dogs and their unique bubble waffle sundaes. Follow DJ's Snack Shack on Facebook.

Mama’s Freezer Food Truck

Mama’s Freezer, a soft-serve ice cream food truck, will debut on October 5th at Lake Catherine's Blueberry Farm, according to co-owner Bryce McGuire. The farm is located at 5849 Lake Catherine Rd, Groveland, FL 34736.

SEMINOLE COUNTY

Diggyz Food Box

A new soul food and Mexican fusion food truck is coming to the Sanford area, owner Diana Gonzales shared with Business Debut. Follow them on Instagram for opening updates.

La Familia Dream Barbecue

La Familia Dream Barbecue, a BBQ truck owned by Leslie Masson, is set to bring Caribbean-style barbecue to the Winter Springs area once it passes its final inspection.

Pisco Peruvian Gastro Bar

An upscale Peruvian restaurant is preparing to open in Lake Mary in late November, owner Florencio Rodriguez shared with Business Debut. Business Debut first heard the news from Sarah Kinbar of the Orlando Business Journal.

Poblanos Cocina Mexicana

Poblanos Cocina Mexicana, formerly known as Poblanos Mexican Kitchen is relocating to 908 FL-436, Casselberry, FL 32707. Owner Emerita Pagan shared that the restaurant will re-open in its new location as soon as November.

ORANGE COUNTY

Agave Bandido

A new location for the growing Agave Bandido brand is planned for Winter Garden, president of Wolverine Management Matthew Baum reported to Business Debut. Agave Bandido currently has locations in Pembroke Pines and Lakewood Ranch, with an Atlanta location planned for next month.

Cowgirl Coffee Co

Cowgirl Coffee Co, a new coffee truck owned by Savannah Ward and Chaney Edson, is preparing to hit the road by October, pending inspection.

Chaney Edson, who shared the news with Business Debut, revealed that the truck will offer a variety of coffee options, including lattes, iced coffees, and more.

Hapa Halo Grill

Hapa Halo Grill, a new Japanese street food concept, launched at The Acre (4421 Edgewater Dr, Orlando, FL 32804) in late September, according to owner Kegan Baker. The business serves Yakitori sticks out of a distinctive Japanese kei truck, bringing a unique and mobile dining experience to the Orlando area.

Heatwave

Heatwave, a new multi-function LGBTQ+ space, is set to open at 741 W Church St, Orlando, FL 32805 before the end of 2024, as reported by the ownership team to Business Debut. The venue, formerly a nightclub, is being transformed into a restaurant, lounge and coffee concept.

Light on the Sugar and Obon Chocolate Shop

Light on the Sugar, the popular bakery and dessert shop owned by Yixi Qiu and his wife Wen Pan, is opening a new location at 429 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828 within the next few weeks. The shop will offer signature breakfast items, including croissants, danishes and other baked goods, according to Qui.

Luminescent

Luminescent, a new bar, coffee shop and Indian street food concept, is set to open by the end of October, co-owner Shivah Kothari reported to Business Debut.

Located at 12286 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32826, they will offer Indian-style street food featuring house-made sauces. Luminescent will primarily function as a bar, with a strong focus on craft cocktails. Follow them on Instagram.

Qdoba

Qdoba, a Mexican build-your-own-bowls brand, is about to open in Orlando (416 N Terry Ave, Orlando, FL 32801) around the second week of October, according to franchisee Wade Gosnell who's partnered with Wade Oney.

The Burrow Cafe and Play

The Burrow Cafe and Play, a new family-oriented concept, is slated to open in January in Orlando, co-owner Javana Bratonozic told Business Debut. Located at 618 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803, the venue will include a 1500-square-foot indoor playground, inspired by a Lord of the Rings hobbit shire.

Yanis Latin Food Truck

Yanis Latin Food, a new Cuban food truck owned by Yanisley Gonzalez, is set to open in Orlando in October or November.

Gonzalez, who shared the news with Business Debut, will bring authentic Cuban flavors to the area, with a menu centered around Cuban sandwiches and other traditional dishes.

BREVARD COUNTY

Cocoa Beach Mercado Food Hall

Cocoa Beach is set to welcome a new food hall, Cocoa Beach Mercado, at 1325 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 by the end of 2025.

Owner Daniel Todd shared with Business Debut that the 10-12 restaurant venue will feature a 8,000-square-foot covered courtyard, 3,300-square-foot rooftop bar, banquet facility and on-site craft brewery.

Destination Downtown Food Hall

Destination Downtown Food Hall, a new multi-location concept owned by real estate developer Oshri Gal, is set to open in Cocoa Beach at 2 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, Gal shared with Business Debut.

So far, four of the eight vendors have been announced:

  • Mimi’s Mimosas: Signature bar offering tropical mimosa cocktails, along with craft beer on tap, curated wines, and a grab-and-go option for beachgoers
  • Sabor on the Beach: Latin-inspired dishes
  • Fowl Mouth: Fried chicken and burgers infused with global flavors

JC Poke & Ramen

A new ramen and poke restaurant, JC Poke & Ramen, is planning to open late October in Indialantic, owner Jimmy Nguyen shared with Business Debut. Expect to find the new restaurant at 103 Watson Dr, Indialantic, FL 32903.

Rebellion Beachside Bistro & Bar |

Rebellion Cantina

Two new dining concepts are set to open side by side in Cocoa Beach. Michelle Herndon, co-owner of both establishments, shared the news with Business Debut.

Rebellion Beachside Bar & Bistro will offer a French-inspired bistro experience. Find them in October at 26 N Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. Rebellion Cantina, expected to open in early November, will feature a walk-up window offering seafood tacos at 24 N Orlando Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.

The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Co

The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Co, a popular comfort food spot featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is coming to Cocoa Beach (695 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931).

Adam Sciarillo, co-owner along with his wife Angie, reported to Business Debut that the new location is set to open between the last week of October and the first week of November. Check out the exact menu online.

The Plant Shack

A new boutique plant store and food and beverage space is opening soon in Cocoa, owner Kristine Sanford told Business Debut. Located at 5800 US-1, Cocoa, FL 32927, The Plant Shack will feature plants, beer, wine and small plates.

OSCEOLA COUNTY

Dave's Hot Chicken

Popular California-based hot chicken brand is coming to Kissimmee (6113 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747). Franchisee Scott Strahm reported that they hope to debut in January or February 2025. Follow the brand online.

Fazoli's

Fazoli’s, a fast-casual Italian food chain, is planning to open at 5015 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746 in mid to late November, Rodney Keys, president of the Keys Group, shared with Business Debut.

Makies Food Truck

Makies Food Truck, owned by Mckenzie Cross, is gearing up to open in the St. Cloud area within the next month or so, Cross shared with Business Debut.

The menu will feature a variety of popular comfort foods, including lobster rolls, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken parmesan subs, and homemade french fries.

POLK COUNTY

Dunkin'

A new Dunkin' is opening at 180 State Rd 60, Lake Wales, FL 33853, featuring a 24 hour 'round the clock drive-thru service, franchisee Alla Mustafa reported to Business Debut.

Jimmys Subs

James Reese's (aka Chef Jimmy) reported to Business Debut that his food truck launched in September at 21380 US-27, Lake Wales, FL 33859, serving Philadelphia-inspired sandwiches. Reese also plans to open a brick-and-mortar location in Sebring within the next few months. View the Jimmys Subs menu.

GDN Indian Restaurant

GDN Food, a full-service Indian restaurant owned by Bharat Gali, is set to open at 524 U.S. Hwy 17-92 N, Haines City, FL 33844 on October 17th, Gali shared with Business Debut. The new restaurant will feature a family-friendly atmosphere offering a wide range of Indian dishes.

Uncle Willie’s Kitchen Food Truck

Uncle Willie’s Kitchen, a new food truck owned by William Flores, is set to open soon at 3545 Recker Hwy, Winter Haven, FL 33880, serving American favorites.

Flores shared that he will park the food truck outside his upcoming smoke shop, Raised Up Smoke Shop, which pays tribute to the unit Flores was apart of while stationed in Germany with the US armed forces.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY

Franco's Ristorante

Franco's Ristorante, a new Italian fine dining establishment, is preparing to open its doors in Brandon (116 N Kings Ave, Brandon, FL 33510) in the coming weeks, owner Frank Dragonetti reported to Business Debut.

Island Delight

Island Delight, owned by Valdes Durassain, is set to open its first restaurant on October 15th at 4008 N 34th St, Tampa, FL 33610. The restaurant will specialize in Haitian-style cuisine with a fusion of island flavors, Durassain shared.

Ntense Flavor

A new food truck, Ntense Flavor, is planning to open soon in the Tampa area, owner Tyante Wright told Business Debut. Expect Latin, Caribbean, Italian and American-style dishes. She expects to open in a few weeks.

Wrap It Up Florida

Wrap It Up Florida, a new food truck owned by Isa Karimov, is preparing to open its doors near the University of Tampa. The new spot will feature a menu of popular Mediterranean dishes, including gyro, falafel, and shawarma (lamb or chicken), served with fries on the side and special drinks.

PINELLAS COUNTY

Cybel

Cybel, a "fine-casual" restaurant led by Chef Taoufik Abdelmoula (Chef Touf), will open its doors soon in St. Petersburg (2735 5th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713).

Chef Touf reported to Business Debut that Cybel will feature a variety of Moroccan cuisine, from shawarma wraps to well-presented dishes and sandwiches, catering to diners looking for both casual and refined options.

MANATEE COUNTY

Habibi Bowls Food Truck

Habibi Bowls, a Middle Eastern food truck, is preparing to open soon at the gas station at 5640 15th St E, Bradenton, FL 34203, pending inspection.

Owner Hadi Alnajjar shared that the truck will offer build-your-own rice bowls featuring falafel, chicken and lamb gyro, along with hummus, tzatziki and fries.

Pork Roll Pete's

Pork Roll Pete's, a new bagel and sandwich shop, is set to bring a taste of New Jersey to Bradenton, Florida, co-owner AJ Altes reported to Business Debut. Located at 4657 Cortez Rd W, Bradenton, FL 34210, the eatery aims to offer authentic New Jersey-style bagels and Italian sandwiches.

SARASOTA COUNTY

Raining Berries

Raining Berries, a healthy coffee, acai and smoothie concept, is set to open a new location in Sarasota in February, brand owner Bimal Bhojani shared with Business Debut. The café will be located at 1935 S Osprey Ave, Sarasota, FL 34239.

Trattoria Bella Napoli

Trattoria Bella Napoli, co-owned by Chef Cesar Di Iorio and Maria Filomena Perrini, is planning to open at 1551 Main St, Sarasota, FL 34236. They will offer authentic Italian cuisine and pizza, Diana Di Iorio, Chef Cesar's wife, told Business Debut.

LEE COUNTY

Rice Guy Food Truck

Rice Guy, a new food truck offering a mix of Thai and sushi dishes, is set to launch in the next couple of weeks, according to co-owner Danielle Ortiz. The truck will operate at various events throughout the Fort Myers area.

Whym'sy Waffles

Whym’sy Waffles, an authentic Belgian waffle shop owned by Sybille Hanquet, is set to open at 17274 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931, Julien Vandecasteele, Hanquet's husband, told Business Debut.

Whym'sy Waffles is also opening a food trailer in October or early November. Expect Brussels waffles and Liege waffles, the latter being a richer, caramel-flavored waffle made with imported pearl sugar. Follow them online.

Bagel Bar

Bagel Bar, a new breakfast and lunch establishment, is set to open its doors in Avon Park (8 N Anoka Ave, Avon Park, FL 33825) toward the end of the year, bringing a taste of New York to central Florida, a representative for the brand shared with Business Debut.

OKEECHOBEE COUNTY

Papi's Chow Wagon

A new food truck is preparing to open in Okeechobee soon, owners Faith and "Papi" Almodovar reported to Business Debut. Papi's Chow Wagon will serve classic American foods like burgers, hot dogs, onion rings, fries and more.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY

Bogey Bay

Bogey Bay, a new golf simulator venue with a bar and grill, is set to open in Port St. Lucie (1475 SW Gatlin Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953) in the first week of November, owner Aaron Livingston reported to Business Debut.

Nyia and the 3 Bund Yard Pimps' Famous Wings

Nyia and the 3 Bund Yard Pimps' Famous Wings, owned by Jacqueline Donaldson, will soon open in the Port St. Lucie area. Donaldson reported that the menu will be centered on flavorful wings and a variety of sauces.

Remy's Diner

A modern, New York-style diner is coming to Port St. Lucie (10368 S U.S. Hwy 1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952) this winter, according to co-owner Ben Grant shared.

MARTIN COUNTY

June Coffee

June Coffee, a new mobile coffee trailer owned by Ashley Durham, is set to open by the end of October or early November at 8401 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, FL 33455. The trailer will offer specialty coffees like cortados, americanos, tea, matcha and a variety of seasonal beverages. Follow them on Instagram.

Don Nico’s Taco Food Truck

Don Nico’s Taco, a new Mexican food truck, launched in late September at 4504 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34997, according to co-owner Abraham Chavez. The truck offers a variety of Mexican favorites, including tacos, tortas, quesadillas and burritos.

PALM BEACH COUNTY

Ahmay’s Cuisine Food Truck

Ahmay’s Cuisine, a catering company owned by May Aungthet, is transitioning into a food truck this October, offering Aungthet's Burmese cuisine. Originally from Myanmar, Aungthet told Business Debut that she will serve a fusion of Chinese, Thai and Indian flavors. View the Ahmay Cuisine website.

Berry Fresh Cafe

Berry Fresh Cafe, a family-owned and operated restaurant, is planning to open its doors in West Palm Beach (6901 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411) by December, owner Mitchell Timoteo reported to Business Debut.

Shahs of Kabob

Shahs of Kabob is preparing to open a location in Boca Raton within the next month or two, owner Amin Ebrahimi reported to Business Debut. The restaurant will be located at 2344 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431. View the menu.

Sunday Motor Co.

Sunday Motor Co., owned by Nicholas Vorderman and Renee Mee, is expanding from Madison, New Jersey to West Palm Beach, Vorderman told Business Debut.

Vampire Penguin

Vampire Penguin, a specialty dessert shop known for its frozen snow treats, will open soon in Palm Beach Gardens, co-owner Darcy Wilkes reported to Business Debut. The new location at 3908 Northlake Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33403 is aiming for an October opening, with November as the latest target.

Zunzibar, a lively beach bar brand known for its award-winning sandwiches, wings and daily happy hours, is opening its first Florida location at 80 Intracoastal Point Dr, Jupiter, FL 33477 in early 2025, CEO Chris Smith said.

Turning Point

Clase Azul Cocina Mexicana

Clase Azul Cocina Mexicana, a new Mexican restaurant, is preparing to open at 2861 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306. They are anticipating a December opening, owner Pascual Zarinana-Guadarrama reported to Business Debut.

Melt n Dip

Melt n Dip, a new dessert chain focused on crepes, gelato, Belgian waffles and more is coming to Pembroke Pines (12588 Pines Blvd #101, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027) soon. Co-franchisee Hisham Mustafa reported to Business Debut that they are planning to open in about six months.

Moo's Halal Food

Mohammad Farooq shared with Business Debut that his new food truck, Moo's Halal Food, is set to debut in Hollywood at the end of October. The menu will feature shawarma, chicken shawarma, falafel, and shawarma on rice and more.

Sweet Tooth Ice Cream

Sweet Tooth Ice Cream, a new dessert shop, is set to open in Tamarac (8197 N University Dr #4, Tamarac, FL 33321) very soon, owner Fred Polynice reported to Business Debut. Wings and Wheelz, a new food truck concept, is set to open by the end of the month at Murl Windsor High School in Fort Lauderdale (110 SW 11th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315), owner and Culinary Arts Teacher Delvis Rogers reported.

Birdie Bistro

Birdie Bistro, owned by Rita Tennison, will open late fall on the historic Granada Golf Course, Florida’s oldest public 9-hole golf course, Tennison reported. The diner-style restaurant will feature classic comfort foods, beer and wine.

Boustan

Boustan, a long-running Canadian franchise with 66+ locations, is preparing to expand into the United States market with its first Florida location in Coral Gables, franchisor and developer Emad Saad reported to Business Debut.

The Steel Chef's Market food hall is continuing to make progress on International Drive, owner and developer Micah Bass told Business Debut. Steel Chef's Market will be a multi-level food hall made of shipping containers. The compound will feature 14 separate food vendors and a bar.

Sunshine Bites

A new breakfast and lunch food truck is opening in North Miami soon, owner Omar Martinez told Business Debut. Martinez reported that the truck will open in a couple of weeks.

The Better Taco

The Better Taco is preparing to open its second location at 2344 Salzedo St, Coral Gables, FL 33134 by November, according to co-owner Fredis Trujillo.
