Destination Downtown Food Hall, a new multi-location concept owned by real estate developer Oshri Gal, is set to open in Cocoa Beach at 2 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931, Gal shared with Business Debut. The 5,000-square-foot venue will feature open-air, covered outdoor dining and aims to be a community hub for local chefs and small business owners.

Gal is focused on providing opportunities for passionate entrepreneurs without the financial burden of opening their own brick-and-mortar locations. The hall will house eight local vendors—seven offering food and one dedicated to beverages.

Gal is particularly interested in partnering with local mom-and-pop businesses and food truck operators, giving them a chance to grow.

The project, which broke ground a few months ago, is expected to open in late spring or early summer next year. It will be the first food hall on Florida's Space Coast, Gal said. Gal revealed that owning this property on N Atlantic Boulevard has been a lifelong dream of his. After considering different plans for the site, the food hall concept felt like the most community-oriented option.

The building has been designed with the potential to support a second floor for future expansion. So far, four of the eight vendors have been announced:

  • Mimi’s Mimosas: A signature bar offering tropical mimosa cocktails made with premium ingredients, along with craft beer on tap, curated wines, and a grab-and-go option for beachgoers.
  • Sabor on the Beach: A Latin-inspired menu featuring dishes like paella, whole fried fish, ropa vieja and jalea seafood.
  • Fowl Mouth: Serving fried chicken and burgers infused with global flavors, Fowl Mouth focuses on delivering premium ingredients and remarkable flavors.
  • B’s Beans & Bakery: Specializing in scratch-made Cuban cuisine, with a modern twist on traditional flavors, this vendor will offer everything from Cuban espresso to inventive lattes, Cuban sandwiches, breakfast items and pastries.

To keep an eye on the development, follow Destination Downtown Food Hall on Instagram and on their website.

Gal also shared that a second location is already being designed for Cape Canaveral.
