Uncle Willie’s Kitchen Bringing American Favorites to Winter Haven

Uncle Willie’s Kitchen, a new food truck owned by William Flores, is set to open soon at 3545 Recker Hwy, Winter Haven, FL 33880, pending state approval.

Flores, who shared the details with Business Debut, will park the food truck outside his upcoming smoke shop, Raised Up Smoke Shop, which pays tribute to the unit Flores was apart of while stationed in Germany with the US armed forces.

Uncle Willie’s Kitchen will serve a variety of American favorites, including sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, rice and beans, plantains and fried cassava. Flores hopes for the smoke shop and the food truck to be open in a month or so.
