An upscale Peruvian restaurant is in the works for Lake Mary, owner Florencio Rodriguez shared with Business Debut. Business Debut first heard the news from Sarah Kinbar of the Orlando Business Journal.

This will be the second Pisco Peruvian Gastro Bar, following the original in Orlando. CEO of Don Julio Group, Rodriguez reported that the Lake Mary location is preparing to open in late November. The address, he confirmed, will be at 3801 W Lake Mary Blvd, Lake Mary, FL 32746.

In addition to his plans for Pisco, Rodriguez is also working on opening "Orlando's first Colombian gastro bar," he said. Cayena, which is Spanish for hibiscus, doesn't have a specific address to share yet, but will likely open around Valentine's Day in 2025.

Don Julio Group is behind the numerous locations of Don Julio Mexican Kitchen.
