Loaded Spudz Opening a Food Trailer in Fort Myers
A new food truck with smoked potatoes and breakfast food is opening in Fort Myers.
A new food trailer is coming to Fort Myers via owner Katrena Letcher. Loaded Spudz will feature a menu of smoked and loaded potatoes and breakfast bowls.
Letcher reported that they will serve the traditional loaded potato with bacon, cheese, sour cream, chives and butter. In addition to that, they will offer many varieties of loaded potato, like a Texas potato that will come with BBQ pulled pork and many others.
Instead of the traditional baked potatoes, Loaded Spudz will smoke them, adding an extra level of flavor to their dishes. Additionally, they will have breakfast offerings, where they will serve bacon (or sausage), egg and cheese bowls.
Loaded Spudz will open around the beginning of February. They plan to serve food at the Cape Coral Hospital and other locations once opened.
On the 9th-11th, they will attend the Vintage Market Days at the Lee Civic Center. The address will be: 11831 Bayshore Rd, North Fort Myers, FL 33917.
