Whatcha Want Eatery Opening in Oldsmar Soon
This couple is opening their first eatery together.
Co-owner Maree Isgette told FFBW that her and her husband, William, are opening a new breakfast and lunch restaurant in Oldsmar. Whatcha Want Eatery is going through the inspections process and plans to open in a month or so.
Isgette said that the breakfast menu will feature coffees, pastries and other such light foods. For lunch, however, they will offer hearty dishes like smoked meats and sandwiches. Expect brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage, their signature sauces and more.

The Isgette's are embarking on owning a restaurant together for the first time; however, the couple has a nearly 3 decades of combined experience in the culinary and hospitality industry.
They are hoping to open as soon as February, but they reported that March 1st would be the latest. Expect them to be open Monday-Friday at: 472 Douglas Rd E, Oldsmar, FL 34677.
