The mobile cafe Parking Latte is about to go brick and mortar, owner Carrie Lassiter told FFBW. After a year of successfully operating as a coffee trailer, Lassiter is moving in to a permanent location as soon as next month.

In the new building, Lassiter intends to expand the scope of offerings. Currently, the trailer sells coffee drinks and muffins, but once in the permanent space, they will expand their food menu to an array of baked goods and pastries. Additionally, there will be seating inside to relax, and a drive thru for those in a rush.

Lassiter told FFBW that she is waiting on a few last minute things with her landlord before taking over the space. An exact time frame for opening isn't available yet, but she hopes to be operating by February.

Once the storefront is open, Lassiter will retire and sell the trailer. Find the building at: 4178 US-29, Cantonment, FL 32533.
