A new food truck is coming to Orlando via Chef Paul Crane. Oldenburg Provisions will serve German and Bavarian food with a modern, personal twist. The concept is an expression of Crane's family roots, co-owner April Williams reported to FFBW.

While an exact menu isn't available yet, Williams said that we can expect a few classic German staples, like bratwurst and pretzels. Chef Crane has worked at various restaurants across the city, and this will be his first food truck.

An exact opening date is unknown still. Williams reported that the truck is set to debut in the next couple of weeks. Once open, Oldenburg Provisions will attend events in Orlando for a few weeks. Then, they'll indefinitely set up shop in the new À La Cart Food Truck Park that is opening in March.

You can find the future food truck park at: 2207 E Michigan St, Orlando, FL 32806.
