A new, fun-loving saloon, restaurant and hangout is coming to Key West soon, owner Cristina Van Hoove told FFBW. Surly Siren Saloon is Van Hoove's first foray into restaurant ownership; however, she spent a decade as a cocktail waitress in Las Vegas and knows the business well.

Van Hoove realized that she wanted a change from Vegas and decided to work for herself. Surly Siren Saloon will be taking over the space formally occupied by Roof Top Café at 310 Front St.

Surely Siren Saloon will be open from 10 a.m. until midnight. Van Hoove plans to serve breakfast in the morning, and lunch and dinner later on. Expect to enjoy live music, karaoke, and a full menu. Details regarding specific menu item aren't available yet.

Van Hoove reported that they are cleaning out the building. She expects to open sometime in March, if all goes according to plan.

Find them at: 310 Front St, Key West, FL 33040.
