Mexico's Grill Opening an Express Location on Merritt Island
The Cocoa Beach restaurant is expanding into a quick service location.
An express and takeout rendition of Mexico's Grill Tacos and Tequila is opening soon on Merritt Island. Owner Carlos Garcia reported to FFBW that progress is underway, and that they will likely open in a couple of months.
Mexico's Grill Tacos and Tequila has been open for 8 years in Cocoa Beach, Garcia said. Now, he is expanding to an additional location to handle demand for quick-service orders, delivery and takeout. The new restaurant will be called Mexico's Grill Mi Express.
