Zap’s Rolling Stove is making a comeback after closing during COVID, bringing a new food trailer and an updated menu, ownership shared with Business Debut. The Leesburg-based business is set to reopen toward the end of February, focusing on events, festivals, and catering.

Known for its flavorful pineapple bowls filled with chicken, steak, and shrimp, Zap’s Rolling Stove will also serve classic Southern comfort foods, including catfish, frog legs, mullet, seafood rice, pork chops, whole wings, and burgers.

The food trailer will have a presence at Harley-Davidson events along US-441 in Leesburg and various other locations. Follow Zap’s Rolling Stove on Facebook for updates on events and where to find them next.
