Smash Burger Bar Bringing Comfort Food to Griffin in Early 2025
The owners of Slices Pizzeria in Griffin are launching a new smash burger concept next door early next year.
Smash Burger Bar, a new venture from Polly and Scott Chapman, is set to open in Griffin early next year, co-owner Polly Chapman shared with Business Debut. Located at 132 W Solomon St, Griffin, GA 30223, the restaurant will bring a fresh take on classic comfort foods to the area, expanding the culinary offerings from the duo behind Slices Pizzeria.
The menu will feature smash burgers, hamburgers, chicken tenders, and fries, with the potential for beer and wine to drink.
