Partners II Pizza, a favorite local pizzeria chain, is set to open a new location in Newnan's Arbor Springs Plaza in mid-to-late September, owner and founder Jim Royal told Business Debut.

The new space will accommodate 120 seats inside and will offer beer and wine, Royal shared. This move comes as the original Aberdeen Village location, which has served Peachtree City for 47 years, prepares to temporarily close its doors.

Royal explained that the Aberdeen location is slated for demolition in 6-8 weeks to make way for a condo development. However, Partners II Pizza plans to return to the location once construction is complete, rebuilding the restaurant inside the new condo complex.

During the transition period, Partners II Pizza will continue to serve their popular pies from a space connected to the Y-Knot Sports Bar next door, which will provide a small dining room for customers. Diners can also visit the Braelinn Village location in Peachtree City or one of their other locations.

Keep an eye out for the new Partners II Pizza coming to Abor Springs Plaza in Newnan next month.
