Madre Selva, a new Latin restaurant co-owned by Francisco Puerta and Juan Segura, is set to open in mid-December, bringing Coastal Peruvian flavors to Atlanta.

Located at 575 Morosgo Dr NE #570, Atlanta, GA 30324, Madre Selva will introduce an array of seafood dishes, highlighted by what Puerta described to Business Debut as Atlanta’s first ceviche bar.

While Peruvian cuisine will be a central focus, the concept will also feature dishes inspired by surrounding Amazonian countries, including Colombia, Brazil, and Ecuador, adding a broader Latin American influence to the menu. With seating for up to 140 guests, Madre Selva promises a dining experience that captures the essence of coastal and Amazonian flavors.

Madre Selva is debuting in the mixed-use Uptown Atlanta development along with several other concepts, including the recently opened El Gordo. For updates on their opening and to preview the menu, follow Madre Selva on Instagram.
