RALEIGH, NC — Levant Bistro is returning to North Raleigh in a new 4,000-square-foot space at 7400 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615, targeting a spring 2026 opening, owner Anita Khalek told Business Debut. The concept previously operated in Raleigh before closing in September 2020. Khalek’s family also runs Levant in Los Angeles’ Echo Park, which opened in 2022.

What to Expect

Levant Bistro will be a full-service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a full bar and a full espresso menu. The operation includes an in-house bakery producing desserts for the restaurant and custom cake orders. The new footprint expands from the former roughly 1,700 square feet to about 4,000 square feet, allowing more storage, production, and menu flexibility.

The menu will mirror the prior concept with updates and additions, featuring Lebanese and broader Levant-inspired dishes prepared from scratch.

The restaurant is committed to a 100% gluten-free and soy-free kitchen using organic ingredients and no artificial colors or flavors. “The whole concept is based on offering healthy, clean, gluten-free food,” Khalek told Business Debut. “I take that as a personal mission along with my passion for cooking and eating healthy,” she told Business Debut.
