Kebab Kitchen Bringing Modern European Flair to Dunedin

Kebab Kitchen, a new casual dining restaurant, is set to open at 463 Grant St, Dunedin, FL 34698, owner Rebecca Can told Business Debut.

The restaurant will feature a modern European twist on traditional gyros, offering a bistro-like atmosphere with an open kitchen. Customers will be able to customize their meals by choosing their protein and deciding between a bowl, wrap or salad. Kebab Kitchen will also serve pizza topped with kebab meat and a homemade white sauce, as well as a spicy tomato sauce base.

The interior will accommodate 10-13 seats, including a small bar area. Can shared that she plans to build an outdoor deck for additional seating and install a takeout window for convenient grab-and-go orders.

Currently, Can is submitting architectural drawings for permits. The goal is to open Kebab Kitchen by mid-to-late October. Proposed operating hours are 11 am - 9 pm on weekdays, with extended hours on weekends. The restaurant also plans to serve beer and wine.

Dunedin residents can look forward to this unique addition to the local dining scene, blending European flavors with a casual, modern setting.
