Designed as a quick-service spot, El Metro will offer authentic Venezuelan dishes alongside American favorites in a fast-casual setting.

The menu will feature Venezuelan staples like arepas, cachapas, and traditional soups, as well as crowd-pleasers like hamburgers, wings, and fries. With seating for 22 inside and an additional 8 seats outside, the restaurant will provide both dine-in and carry-out options, catering to those seeking a quick but authentic taste of Venezuela.
