The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Co
The Grilled Cheese and Crab Cake Co, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is expanding to Cocoa Beach (695 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931). They will open between the last week of October and the first week of November, according to co-owner Adam Sciarillo, who runs the business with his wife Angie.
Champ's Steakhouse
Champ's Steakhouse, is set to open in Merritt Island (100 N Sykes Creek Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32953) in about 2-3 months, owner B.K. Patel told Business Debut. The restaurant will combine elements of a sports bar and a steakhouse. The 220-seat establishment will offer full dine-in service and a full bar.
Rocket Diner 321
Rocket Diner 321, a popular food truck, is expanding into a permanent location in Melbourne (2927 W New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32904). The team is hoping for an early winter opening, co-owner Ryan Hagy shared with Business Debut.
Spot On Grill
Spot On Grill, a new food truck, is projected to open in September outside the Cold Spot bar in Titusville (4111 S Hopkins Ave, Titusville, FL 32780), owner Donn Mount told Business Debut. Part of their proceeds will be put towards funding community projects.
Upscale Concept in The Surf At Cocoa Beach
Co-owner Scott Wyman shared that he and his partners are preparing to open an upscale concept, yet to be named, in The Surf At Cocoa Beach Condominium (65 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931). They plan to offer a rotating menu, elevated cocktail selection and an extensive wine program.
