Known for its fresh Italian dishes, Lynora’s will bring its celebrated menu of brick oven pizzas, homemade pasta, and classic tiramisu to Palm City. With its inviting ambiance and commitment to quality, Lynora’s aims to become a staple in the community.
2. Palm Beach Lobsters & Seafood – West Palm Beach
Palm Beach Lobsters & Seafood, a trusted local supplier, is venturing into the restaurant business with a new location at 2501 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Co-owners Kyle and John Scott Christoffers will feature fresh seafood sourced directly from local waters.

Owner Maria Cabrera shared that this new location will offer a relaxed, late-night atmosphere, perfect for enjoying charcuterie and small bites. Open until 1:30 a.m., the café will have seating for 25 and cater to both casual diners and those seeking a nightcap.
4. Byrd’s Hot Chicken – Pembroke Pines
Byrd’s Hot Chicken will open at 9610 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 in early 2025, franchisee Tariq Siddiqui shared with Business Debut. Known for its flavorful hot chicken, this will be Siddiqui’s second location in South Florida after opening in Boynton Beach.
Additionally, Siddiqui is planning a Byrd’s Hot Chicken food trailer for the Florida Keys, with Key Largo as a potential base. The trailer aims to expand access to Byrd’s signature heat in a more mobile format.
5. Wing Snob – Davie
Wing Snob is bringing its bold flavors to 6815 Stirling Rd, Davie, FL 33314 as part of a 100+ unit expansion into Florida. Known for its diverse sauces and high-quality wings, the Davie location will likely open near the start of the year, according to Area Developer Larry Weisberg.

6. Wagyu House by Meat N' Bone – Hallandale Beach
Wagyu House by Meat N' Bone will open in three weeks at 601 N Federal Hwy Suite 113, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. Gabriel LLaurado, co-founder of Meat N' Bone, shared that the restaurant will showcase premium Wagyu meats, with a full bar and an in-house butcher shop.

Novatore Cucina & Bar, an upscale Italian restaurant, is opening at 2700 N Miami Ave #106, Miami, FL 33127 at the end of February 2025. Led by Michelin-starred Chef Andrea Bernardi, the restaurant will blend traditional recipes with contemporary techniques.
Opening in two phases, the restaurant will initially offer seating for 45 guests, expanding to 100+ in spring 2025. Novatore aims to recreate the warmth of family meals while maintaining high culinary standards.
8. Altamura Trattoria e Forno – Doral
Altamura Trattoria e Forno is bringing authentic Italian cuisine to Doral in early 2025. Located at 7835 NW 107th Ave, Doral, FL 33178, the restaurant will feature seating for 200 guests and dishes inspired by Italy’s northern, central, and southern regions.
Initially focusing on dinner and weekend brunch, Altamura will later expand to include lunch service. The team behind the project has previously operated at Shoma Bazaar and MIA Market.
9. SNWCH Sunset – Coral Gables
SNWCH Sunset, known for its gourmet sandwiches, is opening at 1573 Sunset Dr, Coral Gables, FL 33146. This new location will feature 15 sandwich varieties, soups, salads, and French fries.
The Coral Gables expansion builds on the brand’s success in Doral’s Shoma Bazaar, offering locally sourced ingredients and high-quality menu items in a casual yet refined atmosphere.
10. Eddie and Vinny’s Coastal Italian – Coral Springs
Eddie and Vinny’s Coastal Italian is set to open at 10181 W Sample Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33065 by late January or early February 2025. The restaurant will focus on seafood and coastal Italian dishes, initially open for dinner service only.
With seating for 195 guests inside and 40 outside, Eddie and Vinny’s promises a fine dining experience. The restaurant is the latest venture from P. Hospitality Group, known for its successful concepts like Prezzo and Corvina Seafood.
