Byrd’s Hot Chicken Expanding to Pembroke Pines and Florida Keys
Byrd’s Hot Chicken will bring its signature heat to Pembroke Pines early next year, with a food trailer planned for the Florida Keys.
Byrd’s Hot Chicken is set to bring its signature heat to Pembroke Pines in early 2025, franchisee Tariq Siddiqui shared with Business Debut. Located at 9610 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, the restaurant aims to open during the first quarter of the year, though an exact date has not been confirmed.
Siddiqui, who recently opened a Byrd’s Hot Chicken location in Boynton Beach, holds the franchise rights for the area and plans to continue growing in South Florida before expanding northward. While he hasn’t specified an exact number of planned units, Siddiqui said he intends to open as many as possible in the state.

In addition to the Pembroke Pines location, Siddiqui is also planning a Byrd’s Hot Chicken food trailer for the Florida Keys, with Key Largo as a potential base. While a timeline for the food trailer’s launch hasn’t been announced, they are finalizing locations for it now.
