Uncorked is Opening on Lake Eustis

Restaurateur Nancy Lackey is bringing a wine shop, bar and restaurant to Lake Eustis this summer. Lackey reported to FFBW that she is opening Uncorked after having run two different wine business: Wine Cellars of Mount Dora and Cellar's Wine Bar.

Uncorked will be opening at: 120 N Bay St, Eustis, FL 32726. Lackey shared that the retail wine shop will be in the front of the building. In the middle will be a bar, and in the back, overlooking Lake Eustis, will be the restaurant seating area. To start, Lackey reported that there will be 49 seats, with a possibility of expanding the space and including outdoor seating.

The menu will be light; think of tapas and shareable plates. There will be no fried foods, and guests can expect dishes like: sandwiches, soups, salads, charcuterie and more.

Uncorked will be open Monday - Saturday, with hours falling generally between 11 am - 2 pm and 4 - 9 pm. On the weekends, the restaurant will likely host live entertainment.

Lackey estimates soft opening in June and hosting a grand opening in July.
