Marina Grille at CW Hotel and Resort Opens Today

CLEARWATER, FL — Marina Grille, a new American casual restaurant at the CW Resort and Marina, is targeting a July 5 opening at 411 E Shore Dr, Clearwater, FL 33767, according to owner Luigi Novembre.

What to Expect

Novembre owns the concept and has brought on executive chef and general manager Christopher Dellinger-Flow and lead cook Dijana Petrovic. The restaurant serves as the signature dining venue for the CW hotel and its adjacent 46 slip marina.

Marina Grille seats 116 guests across indoor dining and a covered outdoor area. The patio includes heaters for cooler days.

All seating faces the marina, with views of the inter-coastal waterway and resort pool deck. The restaurant anchors the CW Resort and Marina experience along the waterfront.

Novembre described the concept as “American casual food that's elevated.” He said food quality, fresh ingredients and the ambiance are central priorities for the team.

Chef Dellinger-Flow said the menu leans on New England influences from his time cooking in Maine. Expect cold-water lobster across the offerings, including a lobster Benedict at breakfast and lobster cakes paired with crab cakes in a “dueling cakes” plate.

Seafood, steaks, and burgers will highlight the menu. A ribeye surf and turf with asparagus, jumbo lump crab, house-made wine-infused hollandaise and red potatoes features as one of the key entrees.

He highlighted a bourbon bacon jam burger made with a habanero, maple-syrup bacon jam for a sweet and spicy profile. Side dishes focus on seasonal vegetables and roasted red potatoes, seasoned differently for breakfast and dinner.

Novembre shared that his mother shared her carefully guarded personal recipe for authentic Italian spaghetti and meatballs with chef Dellinger-Flow. The dish will be called "Nonna's Spaghetti and Meatballs."

Petrovic, a native Serbian, plans to showcase Serbian-inspired dishes as specials.

Opening Timeline

Marina Grille is targeting a July 5 opening, according to Novembre. The restaurant will open alongside the CW Hotel and Marina.

Takeout service and a dedicated takeout menu are planned through the restaurant’s website.

Hours

Breakfast will run Monday through Friday starting at 7 a.m. On Saturday and Sunday, Marina Grille will offer brunch until 2 p.m. The restaurant will close at 9 p.m.
