Tipsy Thaiger, a neighborhood Thai restaurant and bar, is opening its doors in Roswell in spring 2025, owner Birdie Niyomkun shared with Business Debut. What began as a popular pop-up concept is set to become a permanent fixture at 605 Atlanta St., Roswell, GA 30075, breathing new life into one of Roswell's historic buildings.
Niyomkun described Tipsy Thaiger as “a neighborhood Thai restaurant and bar inspired by family recipes and the vibrant Thai culture that brings people together through food.” Serving both lunch and dinner, the lunch menu will feature comforting Thai classics, while the dinner menu will highlight Gab-Glaam (Thai drinking food) and Gab-Kao (dinner meals). The bar program will also take center stage, offering "Thai-inspired house-made cordials, creative infusions, local beers, and a curated wine list," she told Business Debut.

The restaurant, which will have approximately 76 indoor seats and a patio, is being designed with a mid-century aesthetic to complement the historic building it occupies. Niyomkun, alongside partners Candi Lee and Phudith Pattharakositkul, aims to create a welcoming space that celebrates Thai culture and cuisine while contributing to the Roswell community.
Tipsy Thaiger has gained a following through its pop-ups at local spots like Proper Hop Taphouse and Variant Brewing in Roswell, offering sneak peeks of the menu. Follow them on Instagram and explore more on their website.
