ATLANTA, GA – Palate Paradise, a seafood-focused takeout restaurant from owner Charles Warren, is targeting an opening in late September at 944 McDaniel St Sw, Atlanta, GA 30310, Warren told Business Debut in a phone interview.

Warren built Palate Paradise during the pandemic. He began selling plates around Atlanta through social media and word of mouth. His business grew into a food truck and is now moving into a permanent location.

What to Expect

The new space will operate primarily as a takeout restaurant.

Warren said he may add a new food truck in the future for larger events. For now, his focus is on getting the brick-and-mortar location open and through final inspections.

Palate Paradise centers on seafood. Warren said customers know him for his blue crabs, which he called his top seller. “Everybody comes from all over for those blue crabs,” Warren told Business Debut.

He prepares the blue crabs with his own garlic butter and seasoning blend. “They're already cleaned out and everything ready for you to eat,” Warren said.

Another key item is a seafood combo plate called Mr. Incredible. Warren described it as snow crabs, shrimp, corn and potatoes.

Warren’s brand grew through consistent posting and engagement on social media. He said Palate Paradise went viral on TikTok during its food truck phase, which helped build a following that he aims to carry into the new restaurant.

Opening Timeline

Warren is targeting late September for opening.
