A new location is in store for The Violet Stone, a St. Pete pizzeria that opened last year. Owner Daniel Fekete shared a few details with FFBW.

Currently open at: 2134 9th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713, The Violet Stone has garnered an audience by serving well done, zero flop pizzas, sandwiches and hoagies. They were recently reviewed by Dave Portnoy with Barstool Sports and received a 7.9

The brand will be relocated to: 2609 Dr. M.L.K. Jr St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33705 where they will have room for 110 seats inside, St. Pete Rising reported.

Fekete told FFBW that they are keeping the same menu, but that they may include some pasta specials and beer and wine. The seating will allow for more dine in guests, but they will still offer counter service for takeout orders.

The timeline St. Pete Rising reported is for Labor Day on September 2nd. The Feketes are still deciding what to do with their current space once they move to the new location. Fekete said that it could still be used as a prep kitchen.
