The Breakfast Company Expanding to Sarasota with 4th Location
Set to open in mid-April, the new location will offer scratch-made breakfast and a tribute to the family’s culinary roots.
The Breakfast Company is set to open its fourth location in Sarasota in mid-April, co-owner Dimitri Syros shared with Business Debut. The restaurant, which was launched in 2020 by Syros and his mother, Terri Syros-King, continues to expand its presence with the newest location at 411 N Orange Ave, Sarasota, FL 34236. The space will feature a total of 72 seats—42 inside and 30 outside—and will operate from 7 am to 2 pm daily.

The concept was born during the lockdown in 2020 when the family rediscovered their late grandfather’s recipes. Their grandfather was the owner of El Greco on Main Street in Sarasota, and The Breakfast Company was created as a way to honor his legacy. This new location will open just blocks away from the old El Greco location on Main Street.
