New in St Pete: Buttermilk Eatery Opening Third Location on Central Ave.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Buttermilk Eatery plans to open its third location at 2601 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33713, owner Nufri Asani shared with Business Debut in a phone interview.

What to Expect

The Central Avenue Buttermilk Eatery will follow the brand's established menu, but they will be adding an outdoor bar and extending their hours to accommodate bar-goers.

Expect a lineup of Benedicts, skillets, pancakes, waffles and French toast, along with sandwiches and salads for lunch. Dishes include a Farmers Market omelet with vegetables and cheese, a Southern skillet with sausage gravy and eggs, and brioche French toast.

The menu also features burgers, a chicken club, a Cuban sandwich and a patty melt.

Asani said the new restaurant will add a full bar and a small evening menu. The plan is to offer mimosas and other alcoholic drinks later in the day.

Opening Timeline

Asani said the team is aiming to have the Central Avenue restaurant open within the next couple of months. The goal is to align opening with the arrival of seasonal visitors, targeting mid-October through November.
