New in Bartow: Flavor Nation Opening Permanent Food Truck

BARTOW, FL — Flavor Nation, a nonprofit food truck concept from owner Abraham Dias, is preparing to open at 1105 S Holland Pkwy, Suite D, Bartow, FL 33830.

Flavor Nation will be a permanent food truck with an indoor seating area that will operate as a nonprofit to support people who need work opportunities.

What to Expect

The food truck will sit on the corner of the plaza at the South Holland Parkway address, with a small seating area inside the adjacent suite, Dias said.

Food will be cooked in the truck, and guests will order and then have the option to sit inside. Inside the seating area, Flavor Nation will also offer sweets, treats, and drinks.

Flavor Nation will serve serve global cuisines, from Mexican, to Indian, to America food.

“I travel around the nation and I find the best food, and I have a taste of everything in one place. That’s the idea,” Dias said.

He said all profit goes back to support people who need a second chance, including women, children, and people dealing with addiction.

Opening Timeline

Dias said he is working through final preparations and is hoping to be open by the end of the month.

Hours

Flavor Nation plans to operate Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. — 8 p.m., Dias told Business Debut.

The business will close on Sundays.
