New in Zephyrhills: Adesso Pizzeria Opening Soon

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL – Adesso Pizzeria, a new pizza shop from owner Clarence Novaku, is preparing to open at 38931 County Rd 54, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, Novaku told Business Debut in a recent phone interview.

Adesso Pizzeria will offer a compact dining room with about eight seats, according to Novaku. The operation will center on pickup and delivery.

Ownership Background

Novaku and his brother have operated several pizzerias over the years.

“The last one I owned was in Cape Coral, we sold that this year actually in April,” Novaku told Business Debut. He said his family lives in the area, and that move influenced the decision to open in Zephyrhills.

“I always wanted to open one in Zephyrhills,” he said.

Opening Timeline

Adesso Pizzeria is awaiting final inspection from the city before opening.

“Our goal to be honest [is] open next week,” Novaku told Business Debut, adding that timing depends on inspections.

He said he expects “probably something by mid October for sure.”
