Tacos El Kohuich, known for its pop-ups and festival appearances, is set to open its first permanent location in Politan Row at Ashford Lane food hall Monday, July 29th, co-owner Maria Cambron to Business Debut.

Chef Fray Cambron and his wife Maria bring the business to Dunwoody with roots in Nayarit, Mexico, where their relatives operate numerous taco shops. The name "Tacos El Kohuich" is a blend of two Mexican tribes from the owners' home regions: the Coras and the Huichols.

While continuing their popular pop-ups, Tacos El Kohuich will expand their menu at Politan Row. Fans can still enjoy their signature street tacos, but the new location will also introduce seafood dishes, like Ceviche Tostadas and much more.

The move to a permanent space allows Tacos El Kohuich to offer a wider variety of dishes compared to their limited pop-up menu. This expansion is a step towards their ultimate goal of opening their own standalone brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Diners can now experience Tacos El Kohuich's authentic Mexican flavors in Dunwoody. View the new menu on their website.
