Salvador Deli Opening Inside Walking Tree Brewery

A new restaurant is opening soon inside Walking Tree Brewery, co-owner Linda Moore told FFBW. Salvador Deli will operate within the brewery, offering "artfully elevated pub foods," as Moore phrased it.

Expect to enjoy fancy sandwiches and other small plates. The space is currently under construction, Moore said. The concept has been in the works since before covid, but Moore and her team has seen numerous delays as they've prepared to open.

Moore is also the owner of Kilted Mermaid in Vero Beach, which has been open for 13 years. Courtney Cotherman, a former employee of Moore's, is also partner in Salvador Deli, Moore said.

Amidst the many delays Salvador Deli has already seen, Moore was reluctant to share a projected opening date. Once construction is finished, she mentioned, their progress will be in the hands of county as they do their inspections and licensing. Her optimistic estimate is the end of April or beginning of May.

Once opened, guests will be able to order and enjoy food inside the brewery. While Salvador Deli will be offering food, all of the drink options will be offered by Walking Tree.
