Saigon District Kitchen and Bar, a new Vietnamese street food restaurant and bar, is set to debut soon in Duluth, owner Khoa Do shared with Business Debut. Located at 4500 Satellite Blvd #1180, Duluth, GA 30096, the concept will replace what is currently a Paris Banh Mi franchise location.

Do, who purchased the Paris Banh Mi franchise two years ago, decided to branch out with his own vision, creating a restaurant that emphasizes Vietnamese street food while still offering popular dishes like banh mi sandwiches. The menu will feature 50-60 items, rotating seasonally, and will include dishes like escargot alongside traditional favorites.

Saigon District Kitchen and Bar will also expand its drink menu, adding draft beer and other alcoholic beverages. The space will seat around 60 guests and operate from 10 am - 11 pm on weekdays, with extended hours until midnight on weekends.

The official name change and concept launch are expected within the next four weeks. Keep an eye out for updates as Saigon District Kitchen and Bar brings its fresh take on Vietnamese cuisine to the Duluth dining scene.
