Sababa's Burgers Coming to North Druid Hills

A new family-run burger restaurant, Sababa's Burgers, will open at 2929 N Druid Hills Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329, operations manager Raphael Khandadash told Business Debut. The fast casual restaurant will announce their opening soon, Khandadash said.

The menu will feature a variety of burgers, including the towering 1996 Burger with six onion rings, the vegetarian Gone with the Wind black bean burger and the Thrasher grilled chicken burger. Gluten-free buns will be available upon request. Sababa's Burgers will serve kosher dishes, topping cheeseburgers with vegan cheese; other offerings include chili cheese fries with vegan cheese and dairy-free milkshakes.

"We're family owned, and we're all born and raised in Atlanta and we love our hometown," Khandadash said, explaining that most menu items pay homage to the city. He added that his mother's love language has always been serving food, and her first food-related business was catering.

The space will seat 30 comfortably, with capacity for up to 50 diners, Khandadash said. Sababa's Burgers plans to create a vibrant interior featuring local art and televisions playing sports games and kid-friendly channels.

Khandadash emphasized their mission: "We really want to give everyone a unifying and joyful experience in the heart of Atlanta, while maintaining affordability."
