ATLANTA, GA — Pie Bar, owned by Dominie Garcia, is planning a new location at 1530 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 inside Westside Market, targeting an early May opening, Garcia told Business Debut.

What to Expect

The new Pie Bar location will operate within an existing café space at Westside Market, positioned near the front entrance. Guests can expect a mix of dine-in and grab-and-go service, with limited seating available for those who want to enjoy items on-site.

The shop will offer espresso drinks, flavored lattes, and drip coffee alongside a range of sweet and savory pies. Garcia said customers can expect mini pies, slices, and larger pan pies, as well as savory options like chicken pot pie, quiche, and shepherd’s pie, told Business Debut.

The location will also function as a central pickup point for online orders, allowing customers to pre-order whole pies or half-and-half combinations for convenience.

Brand History

Pie Bar was originally founded in 2015 by Lauren and Cody Bolden in Woodstock, growing from farmers market roots into a brick-and-mortar concept. The business expanded with a production kitchen in 2018 and an additional storefront in Marietta in 2020.

Garcia acquired the business in 2025 and is continuing its focus on quality and community-driven service. “We are a sort of neighborhood pie shop where we're focused on providing excellent and quality craft made products,” Garcia told Business Debut.

The menu typically includes eight to 10 rotating sweet pie flavors, alongside a consistent lineup of savory offerings. Garcia emphasized creating a welcoming, approachable environment where guests can stop in for a quick treat or take items to go.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting an early May opening, though timing may adjust pending final permitting, Garcia shared with Business Debut.

Hours

The Westside Market location will follow market hours: Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., Garcia told Business Debut.
