Odoms and Sons BBQ Expanding to Brick-and-Mortar in Atlanta

This concept will feature smoked meats and barbecue staples in a counter-service setting.

ATLANTA, GA — Odoms and Sons BBQ is targeting a May 22 opening at 2740 Greenbriar Pkwy SW, Atlanta, GA 30311. Owner Quay Odoms told Business Debut the restaurant will mark the brand’s transition from pop-ups and a food truck into its first brick-and-mortar location.

Odoms told Business Debut the team is currently in construction as they prepare for the opening. The concept began in September 2023 and has built a following through pop-ups across Atlanta.

What to Expect

Odoms and Sons BBQ will operate as a counter-service restaurant focused on smoked meats and quick service. Odoms told Business Debut the setup will allow for dine-in and takeout, with plans to also offer online ordering through platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.

The menu will center on smoked barbecue staples, including brisket and ribs. “Our signature is smoked oxtails, smoked brisket, and smoked ribs,” Odoms told Business Debut.

In addition to its meats, the restaurant will feature a lineup of sides including sweet potato casserole, macaroni and cheese, and spicy cabbage, Odoms told Business Debut.

The concept builds on the brand’s existing presence through pop-ups, catering, and its food truck, with plans to continue those operations alongside the restaurant.

Hours

Odoms and Sons BBQ plans to start with weekend service, operating Friday through Sunday. Odoms told Business Debut the restaurant will serve until sellout each day, with the potential to expand to additional days based on demand.
