Inspired by high end Japanese cat cafes, owner Jada Thornton and Razmig Panossian are opening a cat adoption cafe. Thornton shared details about the new business with FFBW.

Nine Lives Cafe will feature a comfortable cafe for guests and cat lovers to relax, enjoy pastries, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, a custom espresso blend, juices and more. Thornton said that they will primarily serve gluten free pastries.

Aside from their food and beverage program, Nine Lives Cafe will host yoga sessions, animal therapy, Christ-centered studies, and their Cat Heaven Sanctuary. Guests will be able to purchase admission to the Cat Heaven Sanctuary and find cats that they would be interested in adopting. The cat adoption side of the business will be structured as a non-profit, Thornton said.

Nine Lives Cafe will open at: 2032 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Once opened, the cafe will operate seven days a week from 7 am - 8 pm. Cat Heaven Sanctuary will be open from 10 am - 6 pm.
