Coming Soon Jupiter: Fabricant Farms Opening a Family-Oriented Destination
Fabricant Farms will feature a restaurant, food truck, coffee shop, ice cream shop, performance stage and outdoor play areas.
JUPITER, FL — A new destination is in development at 16891 Jupiter Farms Rd, Jupiter, FL 33478, with owner Tyler Fabricant targeting an opening by the end of the year.
Fabricant purchased the 1.8-acre commercial site, formerly home to Taylor Farmhouse Cafe. He is redeveloping the entire property under the Fabricant Farms name with multiple concepts and a live music, outdoor, and family entertainment focus.
What to Expect
The first phase centers on Fab Farms Cafe, a full-service restaurant with a live music stage and adjacent food truck to support kitchen operations. Fabricant plans nightly live music during the week and a large outdoor area where families can spread out.
Fabricant described the property as a destination with several components: the cafe, a coffee shop, a small market, an ice cream shop and possibly an arcade, all operated in-house.
“We want to make it a place where the community can gather, where people will just come and enjoy the place,” Fabricant told Business Debut.
The outdoor food truck is planned to operate next to the stage and supplement the main kitchen during events and busy periods, Fabricant said.

Menu and Vision
Fab Farms Cafe will focus on home-style, family fare. Expect burgers, mac and cheese, steaks, fish dishes, flatbreads and tacos as planned offerings.
Former Taylor Farmhouse Cafe owner Chris Taylor will serve as a kitchen liaison, bringing back some of his previous recipes and helping train cooks.
Beyond food, Fabricant's goal is to create a family oriented venue for entertainment. “Our little saying is, ‘Fabricant Farms, we want to grow memories, not food.'"
Opening Timeline
Construction on the property began in March, including a new deck, additional bathrooms, parking, well work and a full septic system replacement. Fabricant said he has spent about two years working through county permitting.
He is targeting the end of the year to open Fabricant Farms Cafe and the food truck as phase one.
The coffee shop, ice cream shop and market are planned for a later phase targeting next year, Fabricant shared.
Hours
Fabricant is planning to start with dinner service five or six nights a week. He said the current plan is dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with a goal of adding Tuesday.
He also aims to introduce Sunday brunch early in the rollout, then expand into lunch and breakfast service over time. Exact hours are to be announced.
