Vinny’s Cafe Expanding to Jupiter’s Abacoa Plaza
The second location will offer salads, wraps, and hot sandwiches with indoor and outdoor seating.
JUPITER, FL — Vinny’s Cafe is planning a second location at 5440 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 in Abacoa Plaza, with an August or September opening targeted, owner Richard Bartlett told Business Debut. The concept’s original location at 3013 West Yamato Road, Suite B8, Boca Raton, FL 33434 has been open since 2001.
What to Expect
Vinny’s Cafe operates as a fast-casual salad and wrap concept with a menu that also includes hot sandwiches, paninis and quesadillas, Bartlett told Business Debut. The Jupiter location is expected to offer about 54 seats across indoor and outdoor dining.
The menu will mirror the Boca Raton location. Bartlett said a key update under current ownership includes larger wraps with more generous portions, designed to provide better value. He added that the oversized wraps have gained traction on social media, with customers describing them as “as big as my head."

Menu and Vision
The Vinny’s Chicken Caesar Wrap remains the brand’s most popular item, Bartlett told Business Debut. The concept focuses on both preset and build-your-own salads and wraps, alongside hot options and protein-forward offerings.
A key part of the brand’s identity is its chopped preparation process, where ingredients are finely chopped and mixed before being wrapped, creating a consistent flavor in each bite, Bartlett told Business Debut. Since acquiring the business, the Bartletts have refined the product through changes to preparation, chicken cut, cooking process and ingredients.
“We’ve focused on improving quality while maintaining what made the concept popular,” Bartlett told Business Debut.
Background
Richard and Kristena Bartlett purchased the restaurant and concept in September 2021. Since taking ownership, the Bartletts have made a series of updates to the product and operations, including changes to preparation and portion sizes. Bartlett said the Vinny’s Chicken Caesar Wrap gained its viral attenion on TikTok following those updates under current ownership, contributing to the brand’s recent growth.

Opening Timeline
The Jupiter location is targeting an August or September opening, Bartlett told Business Debut.
