Hall’s On 5th food hall is gearing up to open toward the end of the first quarter of 2025, co-owner Ella Duke told Business Debut. Located at 15 E 5th St, Apopka, FL 32703, the new food hall will bring seven vendors, a full craft cocktail bar, and flexible indoor and outdoor seating to the heart of Apopka.

The project was inspired by a desire to revitalize a historic 100-year-old building that previously served as a feed store and was owned by the Hall family. Duke and her team are honoring the family and keeping the building's history alive by naming the business after them. The ownership group, which includes Ella Duke and her husband Jay Kleinrichert, Joanna Timm and Michael Fonner, and Lusia and Derek Donovan, also runs Propagate Social House, a brunch spot located across the street.

Thriving Hospitality, an Orlando-based group known for popular concepts like Lamp & Shade and Thrive, will anchor the food hall with two stalls: one replicating Thrive’s downtown Orlando menu and the other focusing on sushi and bao dishes. The remaining vendors are nearly finalized, with one confirmed as a smash burger and fries concept.

The food hall will feature seating for 150 guests, including an outdoor patio, a private dining area, and a bar with indoor and outdoor service. Additionally, Hall’s On 5th will house a commissary kitchen in the back, offering fully equipped rental space for small businesses and food trucks.
