Natalie Bianca to Debut Soon in Cascade Heights Neighborhood
Restaurateur Jaamy Zarnegar will soon open neighborhood restaurant, featuring New South cuisine with Mexican accents.
Restaurateur Jaamy Zarnegar, owner of Kitty Dare, is opening a new establishment called Natalie Bianca in Cascade Heights, Zarnegar reported to Business Debut. The restaurant, seating around 75 people, will open in the next couple of weeks at 2317 Cascade Rd, Atlanta, GA 30311.
Natalie Bianca will serve New South cuisine with Mexican accents and offer a full bar, Zarnegar told Business Debut. It's designed as a neighborhood restaurant with a kids menu and price-friendly options. The restaurant will open for dinner 7 nights a week, with eventual plans for Saturday or Sunday brunches, Zarnegar said.
Zarnegar started in the industry as a dishwasher and has grown to now owning restaurants. He expressed excitement to open in Cascade Heights, describing it as a great and growing neighborhood. The restaurant will focus on being approachable, he said, and will have an extensive wine program and a focus on local ingredients.
Natalie Bianca is named after one of Zarnegar's close late friends, whom he met in 1983, he shared with Business Debut. His other restaurant, Kitty Dare, is named after another close friend he met at UNC Greensboro in 1980. "I want their names to be remembered forever," he said.
Keep an eye out for Natalie Bianca soon.
