Homemade Ice Cream and Coffee Shop Coming to Apollo Beach

American Honey Creamery and Coffee is set to open a new location in Apollo Beach in spring 2025, owner Colleen Bianucci shared with Business Debut. This will be the second location for the business, expanding from its existing shop in Palmetto, which originally opened in March 2021 and was purchased by Bianucci last April.

Bianucci is launching the new location alongside her business partner, Alicia Taylor. The creamery is known for its homemade ice creams, specialty coffee, and breakfast items, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. The menu will also include dairy-free and sugar-free ice cream options to cater to a variety of dietary preferences.
