Glas Show Kitchen & Lounge Bringing Dining and Entertainment to Cocoa
Restauratuer Michael Ricks shared his vision for the new restaurant and lounge opening in Cocoa.
A brand new concept is coming to Cocoa soon from owner Michael Ricks, who has years of experience in the hospitality industry. Ricks shared with FFBW in an interview the ambitious concept he's preparing for Brevard County.
Glas Show Kitchen and Lounge will provide an enticing range of experiences for its guests. The concept will host celebrity and social media prominent chefs, curate an inviting lounge and club area with DJ's, offer a menu of scratch-made and locally-sourced dishes and host Saturday and Sunday brunches.

Expect the menu to include: lamb lollipops, baked chicken, steak, chicken sandwiches and more. When guest chefs are present, they will offer specials that align with their culinary expertise.
Leading up to the opening, Glas Show Kitchen and Lounge will have a food truck to take around town and station in their parking lot. They will be offering samples of their scratch menu.
The restaurant and lounge is preparing to open at: 644 W King St, Cocoa, FL 32922. Ricks anticipates a mid-to-late April debut.
