Fast Casual Restaurant Business Expanding in Orlando
Spoleto Italian Kitchen is growing it's US presence in Florida.
Spoleto Italian Kitchen, a Brazilian fast-casual franchise known for its build-your-own pasta and Italian dishes, is preparing to open in Winter Garden. While initially aiming to open this month, construction delays may push the opening to mid-February, co-franchisee Ross Maldonado told Business Debut.
Located at 21 S Main St, Winter Garden, FL 34787, the Winter Garden location will feature beer and wine to complement its customizable menu. Maldonado, alongside business partner Laura Henderson, is spearheading the brand’s Florida expansion.
Spoleto Italian Kitchen plans to continue growing its presence in the U.S., aiming to open a new location every other year, depending on performance.
