Delilah’s Everyday Soul, known for its home-cooked southern cuisine, is expanding with a new location in downtown Atlanta early next year. The restaurant, owned by Delana Reeves, will be located in a historic space at 227 Mitchell St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303.

“Our food is home cooking, just not at home,” Reeves told Business Debut. The menu at Delilah’s Everyday Soul offers nostalgic dishes meant to evoke memories of mothers' cooking.

This new location will feature about 30 seats in a 1,300-square-foot space, allowing Reeves to do more than what’s possible in her three existing food hall locations around Atlanta. Reeves aims to create a cozy, homey ambiance with curated decorations, lighting and music reflecting the brand’s vibe.

The downtown spot will also serve alcoholic beverages, with a focus on black-owned brands, including Uncle Nearest, which will be featured in drinks like old-fashioneds and strawberry lemonades.

While expanding into this new venture, Delilah’s Everyday Soul will continue to operate in its food hall locations in Chattahoochee Food Works and two Atlanta-area Politan Row food halls.
