DBA Tacos and BBQ Coming to Clarkston
Matt Coggin is opening his second venture in Clarkston, featuring fast-casual dining, drive-thru service and catering.
DBA Tacos and BBQ is preparing to open its doors at 4540 E. Ponce de Leon Ave, Clarkston, GA 30021, owner Matt Coggin told Business Debut. The restaurant is in its final permitting stages and has completed the hiring process for the management team, Coggin said. They will begin hiring hourly staff as a grand opening date approaches.
This new location will offer fast-casual dining, blending counter and table service. Customers will have the option to order additional drinks via QR codes on the tables. The beverage menu will include beer, wine, and both canned and free-pour cocktails.

The restaurant will accommodate 52 seats and feature a drive-thru for added convenience. Coggin noted that the drive-thru menu will be a scaled-down version to ensure quick preparation times.
DBA Tacos and BBQ will also serve as a catering hub, expanding its services beyond in-house dining. This is Coggin's second venture in the restaurant industry, following DBA Barbeque in Chastain Park.
