Dave's Hot Chicken Coming to Wynwood and Boynton Beach This Year

California-based chain Dave's Hot Chicken is expanding its presence in South Florida with two new locations set to open in late Q4 of this year, according to an official company representative.

The first new Dave's will open in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood. Find them in a retail space of a 280 unit mixed-use housing development at 2431 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33127. This location is owned by Warm Capital Partners, LLC, which public records show is owned by Ricardo Warman, Rebecca Warman, and Michael Cothern.

The second new location will debut at 320 N Congress Ave #375, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Ownership details for this location are unclear and it may be corporate-owned.

Dave's Hot Chicken is known for its spicy chicken tenders and sliders, offered with varying levels of heat, alongside sides like fries. Check out their menu here.

This appears to be separate from franchisee Craig Ollis' plans for 8-10 units in Broward County.
