Country Line Saloon Bringing Unique Dining to De Leon Springs

Country Line Saloon is bringing new life to the space formerly known as the Spring Garden Ranch restaurant, co-owner Todd Bosinski told Business Debut. Scheduled to open between March 15 – 20, the new restaurant will offer a full bar and a diverse menu featuring steaks, seafood, pizza, pasta, chicken wings, and Italian-inspired dishes.
Located at 900 Spring Garden Ranch Rd, De Leon Springs, FL 32130, the restaurant will be part of the Spring Garden Ranch, a historic horse training facility. Guests can enjoy their meals on the expansive patio overlooking the training track. The indoor dining area will accommodate 150-185 people, with outdoor seating for up to 600.
The menu will offer a range of options from affordable bites and $1.50 draft beers to premium selections, including an ultra-luxurious $1,500 shot.
