Confab Kitchen and Bar Bringing Upscale Casual Dining to Atlanta

Confab Kitchen and Bar, a modern American bistro, is underway with construction, owner Doug Gross reported to Business Debut in an interview. The restaurant, located in a new mixed-use development at 1350 Dresden Dr #1015, Atlanta, GA 30319, is expected to be completed around the end of the year.
Inspired by European dining culture, the menu at Confab Kitchen and Bar will focus on shareable plates, encouraging a social and communal dining experience. The restaurant will offer a blend of classic European and modern American dishes, creating a casual yet upscale neighborhood gathering spot, Gross reported.
The seasonal, rotating menu will feature dishes like Belgian-style mussels with hand-cut fries and garlic aioli, ham croquettes, fish and chips, and duck and pork rillettes topped with strawberry balsamic jam, served with toasted sourdough. The focus will be on locally sourced ingredients and chef-driven creations, paired with a carefully curated beer selection, craft cocktails, and an international wine list.
