Chef Scott Smith Will Launch Creative Concept Lilah Grey in Newnan

Chef Scott Smith is expanding Newnan's restaurant scene with his newest establishment, Lilah Grey. Set to open in August, the restaurant will be located at 7 Spring St, Newnan, GA 30263.
According to The City Menus, Lilah Grey is named after Smith's youngest daughter. They reported that the restaurant will emphasize culinary creativity, with menu items changing frequently to ensure a fresh dining experience.
Smith currently operates three other restaurants: The Curious Pig and Curious Cantina in Peachtree City, and Curious Kitchen and Bar in Senoia. In an interview with Business Debut, Smith revealed plans for two more "Curious Family" restaurants, one in Peachtree City and another in Griffin. Names for these concepts have not been revealed.
Food enthusiasts should keep an eye out for Lilah Grey's opening in Newnan's historic downtown, adding to Smith's growing culinary portfolio in the area.
