Brown Chicken Brown Cow to Bring Comfort Food to Carrollton

A new comfort food restaurant, Brown Chicken Brown Cow, is set to open in late September at 903 S Park St b, Carrollton, GA 30117, co-owner Alessandra (Abby) Hannah told Business Debut. The restaurant is co-owned with her husband, John Hannah.

The Hannahs are no strangers to this location. Years ago, they owned Schucker's, an oyster bar, in the same space before selling the business. The building subsequently became a pawn shop, but now the couple is returning to the building with their new homestyle cooking concept.

Brown Chicken Brown Cow will offer a variety of comfort foods, Abby Hannah said. The menu will feature classic dishes such as meatloaf with mashed potatoes, fried chicken, chicken livers and homemade turnip greens, among other homestyle favorites.

Hannah shared that they will maintain the same focus they had while operating Shucker's: their customers. "We really cater to our customers. That’s something we’ve always done. If they’re not happy, we make them happy," Abby Hannah told Business Debut.
