Brown Chicken Brown Cow Now Open in Carrollton
Former restaurateurs returned to familiar location with new homestyle concept on December 7th.

A new comfort food restaurant, Brown Chicken Brown Cow, is now open at 903 S Park St b, Carrollton, GA 30117. The restaurant is owned by Alessandra (Abby) Hannah and her husband, John Hannah.
The Hannahs are no strangers to this location. Years ago, they owned Schucker's, an oyster bar, in the same space before selling the business. The building subsequently became a pawn shop, but now the couple has returned to the building with their new homestyle cooking concept.
Brown Chicken Brown Cow offers a variety of comfort foods, Abby Hannah said. The menu changes frequently but features classic dishes such as meatloaf with mashed potatoes, fried chicken, chicken livers and homemade turnip greens, among other homestyle favorites.
Hannah shared that they will maintain the same focus they had while operating Shucker's: their customers. "We really cater to our customers. That’s something we’ve always done. If they’re not happy, we make them happy," Abby Hannah told Business Debut in an interview in July.
